These applications are filed to amend the cause title as well as the relevant portion of the pleadings so as to include the name of the Directors in charge of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in A.Nos.2802 and 2803 of 2022.

2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications that since the main applications have been filed under Order XXXIX Rule 2(A) of Code of Civil Procedure and in order to avoid confusion in identifying the persons responsible for the Management of the Companies, the applicant is advised to mention the names of the Directors, who are in charge of the Management of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

3. As per the order of this Court dated 24.02.2023, the substituted service on the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 by paper publication was effected. The first respondent is represented by the counsel. S.SOUNTHAR, J.

4. Having satisfied with the affidavit filed in support of these applications, both the applications are allowed. The applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in A.Nos.2802 and 2803 of 2022 and file the amended copies on or before 13.04.2023.
