This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 129 days in representing in CMA.Sr.No.46075 of 2025 against MCOP.No.4017 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes), Chennai.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 129 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
