O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is a resident of Coimbatore, has come up with this Petition, seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.246 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side agreed that, the matter may be transferred to the Principal District Court at Erode, so that, the matter can be given a quietus to.

In the result, the proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.246 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and is transferred to the file of the Principal District Court at Erode, for trial.

4. The Principal District Court, Erode is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.23354 of 2019 is closed.
