This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19500 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vridhachalam, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the date of committal and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
