This petition has been filed to withdraw the IDOP. No.353 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the Family Court, Tiruppur 1/4

2. Reasons for seeking transfer:- (i). IDOP.No.447 of 2023 filed by the petitioner/wife seeking divorce is pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur. (ii). The petitioner/wife is fully dependent on her aged parents. (iii). The distance between the petitioner's current residence and the Family Court, Trichy is nearly 350 kms.

(iv). The respondent/husband is not maintaining the petitioner/wife.

3. The respondent though served has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons for seeking the transfer have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering that the petitioner's application in IDOP.No.447 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and 2/4

IDOP.No.353 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Trichy is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur to be tried along with IDOP No.447 of 2023. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 28.02.2025 (shr) Index : Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To 1.The Family Court Trichy.
