This petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18742 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpattu instead of the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court and the interrogation is pending.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, since this Court imposed condition on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police only for two weeks. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
