The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2025, for being in possession of 700 Tapentadol tablets, which he had allegedly mixed with distilled water and administered to the defacto complainant. Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, as the chemical analysis report is awaited.
3. Considering the nature of the crime and the quantity of tablets seized from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
