ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35632 of 2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had forwarded an order passed by the Tahsildar, Perambalur, on 29.12.2022. It is seen that a suit is also pending in O.S.No.390 of 2004 before the District Munsif Court, Perambalur. 3.Since necessary orders have been passed, nothing further survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. The contempt petition stands closed.

4.The copy of the order had also been forwarded to the petitioner. There is no appearance for the petitioner.
