(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Considering the fact that the building is located in a busy commercial area (Rattan Bazaar), as reported by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, this Court finds that the time granted earlier is not sufficient.

Hence, three months further time is given to comply with the direction of this Court.
