This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.7.2023 in Crl.MP.No.

10256 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12858 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in week on Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in two weeks, till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
