As directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 28.02.2024, the plaintiff has effected Substituted Service by effecting Paper Publication as regards D4 to D6. The Paper Publication is also placed on record through the Affidavit of Service filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Despite effecting Substituted Service, no one has entered appearance on behalf of D4 to D6.

Hence, D4 to D6 are set exparte by this Court. The learned counsel for the plaintiff also submits that as directed by this Court on 28.02.2024, an attempt was made to serve the suit summons on the Official Liquidator's office with regard to service of notice on the 7th defendant, which has gone into liquidation. However, the Official Liquidator's office has informed the learned counsel for the plaintiff that as per their records, D7 is not under liquidation.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file an amendment application to amend the cause title to incorporate the correct name of the 7th defendant.

Post the matter on 02.04.2024.
