This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court by order dated 27.07.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.10144 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12434 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
