Mr.K.Goutham Kumar, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the defendants, and submits that the defendants have stopped using the infringed trademark "VEDA". Therefore, interim injunction granted by this Court in its order dated 18.10.2023 is made absolute and accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

Both the counsels submit that in principle, the parties have agreed for settlement and therefore, they require one week time for filing Memorandum of Compromise.

Post the matter on 21.12.2023 for reporting settlement. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Goutham Kumar, as counsel for the respondents/defendants, on the next hearing date.
