ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.167 of 2017 within time fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, without notice to the respondents.

3. The respondents herein filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.167 of 2017 and the first revision petitioner is the first defendant in the suit. The said suit was posted for recording evidence on 01.10.2018 and PW1 was examined in chief and thereafter, the suit is pending without any substantial progress. Though the trial in the suit was commenced as early as October 2018, till date, the suit is kept pending after examining of PW1 in chief, without substantial progress. 2 / 4

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
