2. The petitioner/appellant is in jail.
3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are not satisfied, in oder to give an opportunity to the petitioner/appellant, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.
