This petition is filed challenging the Remand Order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore in Cr.No.19 of 2025 dated 02.08.2025 as to the effect of refusal of remand for the 1st respondent.

2. It is seen that as against the refusal order refusing to remand the accused, this petition has been filed.
