ORDER
The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the FIR which was initially registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C was altered for an offence under Section 306 of IPC. After investigation, the final report was filed and the case is now pending trial in S.C. No.357 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Chennai.
2. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed by this Court and there shall be a direction to the Mahila Court, Chennai to complete the proceedings in S.C. No.357 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
