ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.09.2024 to close the storm water drain in the petitioner's property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the second respondent, till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's

representation dated 04.09.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
