This original petition has been filed to quash the C.C.No.53 of 2013, on the file of the learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate,Villipuram.

It is stated by the learned Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed in the case and the case has been taken on file on C.C.No.53 of 2013 on the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram and out of 70 witnesses cited on the side of the prosecution 58 witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court. Hence, when the trial has commenced and some of the witnesses were already examined and only few witnesses to be examined, at this stage, this court is not inclined to entertain this application. It is for the applicant to establish his defence before the Trial Court.

2. According, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
