O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey her property with an extent of 11 cents situated in Survey No.495/3A, Telugupalayam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering her online application dated 06.06.2024 in Challan No.20240606036113 and her representation dated 07.06.2024. 2/6

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by her father under a registered Document No.2528 of 1965 dated 09.11.1956 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar No.II, Coimbatore. After death of her father, the patta for the said property was also changed in the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs. The petitioner submitted an online application on 06.06.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner in Challan No.20240606036113, dated 06.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own 3/6

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
