2. Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 72 years and the second appeal preferred by the respondent against the same judgement, is pending in S.A.No.80 of 2014. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner a sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
3. Though the learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the application, however, considering the facts and circumstances, the delay is condoned.
