This petition has been filed to transpose the Criminal Revision Petition i.e.Crl.R.C.No.1387 of 2018 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court as Criminal Appeal and set aside the Judgment dated 14.08.2018 in Crl.A.No.15 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Dharmapuri and the Judgment dated 17.04.2017 in C.C.No.71 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddypatti.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before the concerned Court.
