The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 311 & 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.223 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in connection with a robbery involving a sum of Rs.500/-. He further submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender, involved in four cases, out of which, two are murder cases and others are for offences under Section 392 IPC.

3. Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
