The petition has been filed to relax the condition that to the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 am period of three months in the date of order dated 16.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16832/2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
