Crl.M.P.No.17397 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17397 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21521 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21521 of 2022 by order dated 07.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21521 of 2022 by an order dated 07.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
