2. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this case is fairly covered by a judgment passed by the Madurai Bench of this court in Jeevanandham and ors. Versus State rep.by Inspector of Police 2018-2-L.W. (Crl.) (Madurai Bench) (N.Anand Venkatesh,J.) dated 20.09.2018.

3. In the light of the above judgment passed by this court further proceedings stands quashed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
