Crl.M.P.No.14024 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1760 of 2023 M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

This Court by order dated 15.07.2024 had suspended the sentence and granted bail to the petitioner with conditions. One of the conditions was that the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the cheque amount i.e., a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within a period of two weeks to the credit of C.C.No.76 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Coonoor.

2. The petitioner was unable to mobilize the funds within the stipulated period of two weeks. Now he has mobilized the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- and the same is lying in the credit of his wife's account in Canara Bank Account bearing No.1235101012290, Yellanahalli Branch. The petitioner had produced the bank details.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection for extending the time but only request is that on deposit of Rs.2,50,000/-, the respondent / complainant may be permitted to withdraw the same.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection but requests that the respondent / complainant may be permitted to withdraw the amount with an undertaking that subject to out come of the above revision.
