O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.42 of 2019 dated 23.04.2019 and include section 307 of IPC in the said Crime No.42 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that, pursuant to the investigation, the offences under Section 294(b) of IPC has been altered as Section 326 of IPC and accordingly the charge sheet has been laid, which has also been taken cognizance in C.C.No.185 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Dindivanam. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this present petition. If at all, petitioner is aggrieved against the charge framed against him, it is open to him to workout his remedy in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
