This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.14540 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10186 of 2023 dated 13.09.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once i.e., on 1st working day of every month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
