In this case, considering the huge delay of 723 days, this Court passed a conditional order, on 12.11.2018, condoning the delay on a condition that the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai. There is no proof of payment of cost which is filed and which is on record as on today. There was also no representation when the matter was called today.
