This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 157 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the order in ESIOP No.24 of 2018, on the file of the Presiding Officer, Employees state Insurance Court, Coimbatore, dated 05.04.2022 confirming the order passed in No.56-00-112291-000-0999-Ins.IV/TDR on the file of Employees State Insurance Corporation, Coimbatore, dated 07.11.2016. 2.Mr.S.P.Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and opposed for allowing the petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same on 13.07.2023.
