This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to mark the documents shown in the judge's summons as secondary evidence in the present OP.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is only Class II legal heir and she may not be in a position to possess the original documents, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to mark the documents shown in the Judge's summons as secondary evidence.
