The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 04.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.21027 of 2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, on every working day at 10.30 A.M., for a period of 30 days.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and due to his illness, he has complied the condition only for two days and thereafter, he was unable to comply the condition as ordered by this Court. To that effect, the petitioner has also filed an affidavit and seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition only for two days and hence, he strongly opposed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

due to his illness, the petitioner was unable to comply the condition and also P. DHANABAL, J.

vkr considering the affidavit filed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., from 19.10.2024 onwards, until further orders.
