(Made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner (A-1) seeking suspension of sentence and bail.

Earlier, the accused viz., A-1, A-3, A-5 and A-6 have filed Crl.M.P.No. 6326 of 2022 seeking suspension of sentence and bail. This Court, on considering the evidence available on record and the judgment and order passed passed by the Court below, suspended the sentence insofar as A-3, A-5, A-6 and dismissed the petition insofar as A-1 is concerned, since there are strong evidence available as against A-1.

In view of the above, we do not find any change in circumstances and accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
