The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.5 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1, Walajapet.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 17.10.2024, I called for a report from the learned Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of the said suit. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate has submitted a report through the learned Principal District Judge at Ranipet stating that the plaintiff/respondent died and therefore, the suit is pending for impleading the legal heirs of the plaintiff. The report further states that the learned Judge requires six months time to dispose of the suit.

3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1, Walajapet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs. 2/4
