This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 442 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned representing counsel for the respondents would submit that Mr.A.Udaya Chandru, learned Advocate has filed vakalat for the respondents. He does not have serious objections in allowing the petition.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to administrative reasons, the delay of 442 days occurred. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and the delay of 442 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
