This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Arani .
2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Arani. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the suit was originally filed as O.S.No.232 of 2021 before the Principal District Court, Tiruvannamalai and was later transferred to this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

KST on 29.12.2021 and was renumbered as O.S.No.1 of 2022. The learned Judge further states that the defendants have filed their written statements, issues were framed and the suit is now at the stage of cross examination. That apart, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 filed for injunction and an application in I.A.No.3 of 2023 filed by the defendants to send Ex.A3 for expert opinion for comparison of signature are also pending consideration.
3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Arni to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
