Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 and 22.12.2023 given to the respondents 1 and 2 respectively and the rejoinder dated 05.03.2024 and 19.06.2025 given to the 2nd respondent and thereby direct the respondents to cancel the patta issued by the 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner's property in the names of the respondents 3 and 4 and consequently issue fresh patta in the names of the legal heirs of late Mrs.P.Selvakani Ammal, namely the petitioners herein and their sister Mrs. U.Latha Maheswari.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: " calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 and 22.12.2023 given to the respondents 1 and 2 respectively and the rejoinder dated 05.03.2024 and 19.06.2025 given to the 2nd respondent and thereby direct the respondents to cancel the patta issued by the 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner's property in the names of the respondents 3 and 4 and consequently issue fresh patta in the names of the legal heirs of late Mrs.P.Selvakani Ammal, namely the petitioners herein and their sister Mrs. U.Latha Maheswari".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3/6

matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
