(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The petitioner gave a complaint as against the 4th respondent and it culminated in the proceedings in DC.NO. 215 of 2016. The 4th respondent is also said to have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

participated in the proceedings. Since the proceedings are prolonging from 2016 onwards, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to extend the time for completing D.C.No. 215/2016 pending before the 3rd respondent.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of the writ petition, this Court only directs 2nd and 3rd respondents to expedite the hearing in D.C. No. 215/2016 and complete the same and pass orders, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the parties shall cooperate with the Bar Council for disposal of the matter. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected W.M.P. Is closed.
