By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners challenge the show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 17.09.2019, calling upon the petitioners to appear before the respondents on 19.09.2019 to present their version on the complaint given by the 3rd and 4th respondents.

3. After date has been fixed for enquiry, the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instead of participating in the enquiry had approached this Court by way of writ petition. This Court has time and again held that the writ petition cannot be maintained against the show cause notice unless and until there is material to show that the person who has caused show cause notice is not the authority competent or the notice suffers perversity. If there is any civil suit before the competent forum, the petitioner ought to have appeared before the respondent and submit their explanation. Without doing so, they have rushed to this Court.
