This petition has been filed to modify the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.21729 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied only 5 days and thereafter not complied.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has to travel 75 to 80 Kms to comply the condition; hence she is unable to comply the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, that she is facing difficulties in travelling for more than 75 Kms. per day and also considering other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent policy every Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of eight (8) weeks 15.10.2024 dsn https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
