Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023, wherein and whereby he sought to rectify the mistakes committed during UDR re-survey with respect to extent of land as 2.45.0 hectares, instead of 0.45.0 acres in S.No.669, Pg.Nos.2/6
Kattikanapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District in the revenue records such as 'A' register, patta, chitta and adangal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that originally the petitioner submitted the representations dated 20.04.2021, 29.09.2021 and 28.02.2022, respectively to the first respondent requesting him to pass necessary orders to rectify the mistakes committed during UDR re-survey with respect to the land in S.No.669 in the revenue records. While so, the first respondent vide proceedings dated 22.03.2022, directed the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry and send a report to the third respondent. Finding, no response from the fourth respondent, the petitioner submitted a fresh representation dated 03.08.2023 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents fairly submitted that respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to Pg.Nos.3/6
consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In the light of the limited scope of the matter and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties and the rival claimants.
