The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6659 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2185 of 2024 by order dated 23.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
