The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to refund / repay the amount of Rs.29,230/- to the petitioner which was made by the petitioner through online for the registration on 22.11.2020 Transaction No.REG202011225446199 as the said amount has not been utilized by the petitioner for registration till date within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner presented a document for registration, however, the said document was not registered. Hence, the petitioner made representation dated 29.09.2021 to the first respondent seeking refund of the amount paid towards stamp duty and registration charges and after conducting enquiry, the first respondent sent a letter dated 07.10.2021 to respondent 2 and 3 to refund the amount, however, till date the same was not implemented. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the order of the first respondent in letter dated 07.10.2021, within a 2/4

reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent 2 and 3 to implement the order of the first respondent in letter dated 07.10.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
