Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. This Court, vide order dated 31.10.2025, directed the 3 rd respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the registration of petitioner's sale agreement dated 12.12.2023 after issuing due notice to all the parties concerned.

3. Today, it was submitted by the respondents that the petitioner's sale agreement was already considered and rejected by the 3 rd respondent.

4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the rejection order was not at all served to the petitioner till date.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to serve a copy
