ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18150 of 2021 whereby, this Court directed the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner 1/3

for approval of her appointment as B.T Assistant in the 4th respondent School, in the light of the observations made in the said order. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.K.H.Ravi Kumar, learned Government Advocate that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner afresh by duly considering the circumstances that were prevailing during the academic year 2016-2017 and one of the post of B.T. Assistant was found surplus, and accordingly an order is passed in proceedings Na.Ka.No.5928/m4/2024 dated 14.08.2024 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court.

In view of the above, this contempt petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order dated 14.08.2024 in accordance with law.
