Learned State Government Pleader had appeared for respondents 2 to 4 on 1.11.2023, however the appearance of the learned State Government Pleader is shown for respondents 1 to 3.

In the light of that, in the order dated 1.11.2023, the appearance of the State Government Pleader be shown for respondents 2 to 4, instead of respondents 1 to 3.
