ORDER

This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.56 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur.

2. I called for a report from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur, Krishnagiri District on 15.10.2024.

3. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I has sent a report stating that the suit is posted to 09.12.2024 for filing APC and to carry out the amendment, and considering the urgency in this matter, the court will urge the parties to take necessary steps to advance the suit to an earlier date. The report further reveals that though the issues were framed on 09.07.2018, till date both parties have not adduced any evidence either oral or documentary. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I has given an assurance that the court would take all necessary endeavors to dispose of the main suit within six months from the date of report. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate-I, I am inclined to grant eight months from the date of report to dispose of O.S.No.56 of 2016

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
