ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Logeshwari, aged about 17 years, who is illegally detained by the third respondent before
this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Inasmuch as the detenue who is a major now, expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Since the detenue is in the Home, the second respondent is directed to make sure that the detenue is released from the Home after compliance of the formalities.
3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed and the detenue is set at liberty. mmi/ssm 18.11.2019 Being Mentioned The Habeas Corpus Petition having been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" on 21.11.2019 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.11.2011 and made herein in the presence of the aforesaid counsel on the either side the court made the following order:

2.Inasmuch the detenue is a major and she is not willing to rejoin the petitioner, we permit her to be on her own. Since the detenue is in Home, the second respondent is directed to make sure that she is released after completion of formalities.
