in I.A.No.490 of 2016 in O.S.No.450 of 2016. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the Suit itself has been decreed on 25.02.2020 and nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
